On March 20th 2007 we booked the then unknown Faggatronix for IAC Part 02. Now simply named Bok Bok and Manara, they've become some of London's favourite DJs. Their club Night Slugs is tonight.
Our secret live act tonight is Publicist with Ian Svenoniuson vocals, on stage at 10:30pm.
IAC 16 this Friday February 27th will be our last edition at The Macbeth.
Real Gold first worked at The Macbeth for our New Kids On The Yacht event on May 27th 2007. It went so well, we held RGEVENT00006 there. That went so well, we decided that from IAC 05 on that New Year's Eve, The Macbeth was to be the home of the night for the next year.
The International Amalgamation of Champions was always a way where we could push new music (no doubt helped by our self imposed one-time-only rule for performers), but we also always liked to push new venues. The Macbeth is now a hub of huge creativity and success, so we're moving on.
For IAC 16 we have Crazy Cousinz joining us. The guys behind 'Do You Mind' featuring Kyla, undoubtedly the biggest underground Dance track of 2009. We also have a very secret live band, one that we cannot announce until the day. All we can say is that there will be a drummer from Maryland and a guest singer from Washington and that it's going to be spectacular. Plus, also performing that night is L-Vis 1990, 3rd Earl, The A-Team, Sex Party from Skill Wizard, Barry Krishna and of course the legendary IAC residents Team Mega Mix.
Macbeth, thank you for all of our great times. We'll miss you a lot (but will no doubt be back)
