RIP Roger / Larry Troutman
We have decided to host an event on the 10 year anniversary of this murder / suicide. We've invited some of our favourite DJs in the world to help thank the Troutman's for their outstanding contribution to music.
Edward Quarmby:
"Although the deaths of the Troutman brothers were both particularly tragic, I felt that due to the murder-suicide element it may be wrong to celebrate them literally alongside each other. However, the brothers body of work together was so 'funky' and influential that to separate them would be destructive. The two-in-one poster seemed like a healthy compromise. I also like to think Roger is still looking down from above, with Larry sadly looking up from below, which works for the final layout."
